Hi my name is Rosemarie, my nickname is Norie. I am a San Diego County resident.  I enjoy teaching kids how to cook and to have fun while being in a kitchen environment. My courses are specifically designed for pre-teens and teenagers. This course allows students to step into the kitchen and get hands on experience. Students are taught the basics of cooking and introduced to the kitchen environment. They are given the opportunity to sample foods they have prepared. I also teach sanitary priniciples and safety rules are practiced and observed. I teach students on a one to one basis or if my students prefer to team up with a friend that's fine also.
